Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14 day policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received.
To complete your return, you must include a packing slip, receipt, order number or proof of purchase. Additionally, an email to shop@chateaumarmont.com with the tracking number or an email to request a return label for a fee is required in order for the return to be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please email us to request a return label if needed.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
